William Assell, CPA, CISA
William Assell is responsible for the financial strength and integrity of technologies at BRYTESIGHT.
Career experience in both finance and technology has built a firm foundation from which William leads the organization. Holding positions within industry-leading organizations at Nucor Steel Corp. and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd. prepared him to successfully transition into the emerging industry of Architectural Technology.
Notably, he has combined experience and expertise in auditing IT systems encompassing Data Centers, SAAS providers and entire Fortune 500 IT departments. In addition, he has designed IT infrastructures for emerging companies, including network equipment design, server hardware, virtualization configurations, telecommunications implementations, custom software development, backup and replication strategies, G-Suite implementation, database design, software selection and custom hardware configuration.
To date, he has served in key roles and has helped to develop company infrastructures from the ground up in the areas of healthcare, education, building conceptualization and technology across multiple organizations. His expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, analytics and technology integration has greatly facilitated the success of these institutions.
William is dedicated to continuously staying abreast of the most innovative approaches to technology to ensure success is maximized and potential is reached.

Randy Shaw’s primary focus at BRYTESIGHT is to educate and partner with each client in planning for technology integrations.
For over 18 years, Randy has successfully partnered with clients across the nation to facilitate a strategic plan for integrating technology into buildings. With the emergence of technology innovation, buildings need to become smarter than ever to fulfill the demands of business. His integrity and commitment to project success has benefited organizations of all sizes, including Fortune 500 organizations.

Brian Farragut’s role at BRYTESIGHT is to grow and optimize BRYTSIGHT’s client delivery platforms and project execution.
With 22 years of experience leading both consulting and integration firms, his efforts and focus enhance BRYTESIGHT’s mission in delivering outstanding service and results for our clients and project partners.
He is responsible for the successful implementation of hundreds of low-voltage technology projects within many markets, including commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, mission critical, non-profit and more across the United States.
Brian’s focus on collaboration is key for implementation success and aligns with the vision of BRYTESIGHT. He also has served in other leadership capacities within the community both as the Chair of the Dallas Regional Chamber Leadership Dallas Alumni program and as the Outreach & Volunteerism Committee Chair.

Sean Crone
Sean Crone’s role at BRYTESIGHT is to set corporate goals and coordinate internal operations across departments to ensure excellence and drive success.
Sean began his career in banking at Fortune 100 organizations, where he gained experience building and leading dynamic teams. Having a solid understanding of operations and finance, entrepreneurship was a natural next step.
Since then, he has helped build over a dozen companies, including real estate, operations management, education, medical and technology businesses.
Sean attributes his success to innovation, excellence and company culture.

Regina Crone, Ph.D., BCBA-D
Dr. Regina Crone inspires excellence at BRYTESIGHT by focusing on employee and client engagement.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, she began her career in the medical world treating patients through therapy. She then extended her knowledge into applying the science of Behavior Analysis to organizational management.
Today she continues to nurture both medical practices and organizations in understanding “how to apply” organizational behavior management to maximize employee engagement.
Dr. Regina Crone currently serves as the President for the Organizational Behavior Management Sig and is on the Executive Council for Texas Association for Behavior Analysis.
She is a featured speaker and a contributor to various magazines, including published research. She was also instrumental in the passing of SB589 in Texas, which now regulates the practice of Behavior Analysis in Texas.
