Neiman Marcus Group (NMG) is a well known luxury department store chain and specialty retailer founded in 1907. We helped them design a new “Innovation Hub” as their new headquarters to support their growth, culture and brand.
Background:
Neiman Marcus needed a new innovation Hub that gave their employees complete autonomy to decide how, when, and where they did their work. They needed a dynamic technology infrastructure that would allow them to continue to attract, develop, and retain top talent for their NMG Teams.
NMG secured an iconic building in Dallas and branded it “The Hub” and wanted to leave behind the traditional way of working and develop native connection and collaboration across the hubs of various departments and work streams.
Strategy:
BRYTESIGHT was able to deliver on visioning, designing, procuring, and managing the implementation of robust technology solutions that supported NMG and their forward-looking adjectives.
The new systems and solutions allowed NMG to leap forward in technology systems and adoption both for local and dispersed participants for full engagement, collaboration, and connection to effective results.
